Please read our Policies carefully before booking classes. By booking a class, workshop, special event, or signing up for a membership, you are confirming that you have read the Policies and agree to be bound by them.

We will not share or sell your information to anyone without your permission.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made upon booking. No students will be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event as unpaid unless it is a free or donation based class.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Regular Scheduled Classes

(Effective 3/13/2023) Purchases for regular scheduled classes are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable. If you purchase and schedule a group class and are unable to attend, you have up to 30 minutes before your scheduled class to send us a written notice to receive a credit refund to your Cityoga account to use for a future class. Send written notices to cityogaindy@gmail.com. We do not take cancellations over the phone or via voicemail. Credits expire 30 days from the purchase date. All unused passes at time of expiration will be used to support Cityoga's mission in the community.

Refund and Early-Cancel policy for Workshops and Special Events

All Workshops and Special Events facilitated by Cityoga are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable, no exceptions. You may not share or transfer Workshops or Special Events with other accounts.

Inclement Weather Policy

On some occasions, it becomes necessary to close the studio due to inclement weather. If a class or workshop is canceled due to inclement weather any students that are registered will receive an email notifying them of the cancellation. We will also make an announcement on our Facebook and Instagram. We will issue a credit refund for the amount paid for your class or workshop to your Mindbody account to use for future purchases at Cityoga. Any cancellations will be made at least 1 hour prior to class starts.

Class or Workshop Cancellation by Cityoga

Although we try to avoid it, classes may need to be canceled by Cityoga due to extenuating circumstances. If this happens, any students that are registered will receive an email notifying them of the cancellation. Credit refunds will be given to all students that had paid and registered for that class.

All Auto-Renewal Membership Policies

  • All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, no exceptions
  • No contract
  • 15 days written notice email to cancel to cityogaindy@gmail.com
    • We do not take cancellations over the phone or via voicemail
  • Unlimited access to regular scheduled online and in-person classes
  • Standard Members receive 20% of retail and workshops, unless indicated otherwise. 2 buddy passes/month
  • Supporter members receive 20% of retail and 30% off workshops, unless indicated otherwise. 4 buddy passes/month
  • Discounts can only be applied if purchased in-studio
  • Buddy Passes cannot be used for the same person more than once per year

15 Class Pass Policies

  • All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, no exceptions
  • 6 month expiration from the date of purchase
  • Class packages may not be shared between students

ClassPass Users

As of 8/10/2023, Cityoga will no longer be accepting ClassPass users. ClassPass users will be subject to regular class and membership pricing.

Other Policies

  • Please cancel if you are unable to attend a class or workshop to make your space available to others. Send cancellation email to cityogaindy@gmail.com.
  • Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost, inflation, and benefits.
  • Policies and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.
