• Fair Teacher Compensation – We are deeply committed to paying our teachers a fair and reliable wage for their time, preparation, and expertise. Workshop compensation is based on enrollment, and we rely on participant commitments to honor those agreements. This helps ensure our teachers are supported and valued for their work.

• Credit Card Processing Fees – Each time a client pays by credit card, we pay a processing fee that is non-refundable to us. If we issue a refund, we still lose that fee, meaning we take a loss on the transaction.

• Commitment & Planning – Attendance numbers help us plan for props, staffing, catering, and other details that ensure a well-prepared and quality experience.

• Limited Capacity – Our rooms have limited capacity. Allowing refunds could leave us with unfilled spots that we’re unable to re-sell in time.

• System Limitations (Non-transferability) – The Mindbody software system does not give us the capacity to transfer funds or credits between accounts or events.
