Cityoga offers a comprehensive program for yoga teachers aiming to enhance their skills and knowledge. Our experienced instructors lead in-depth courses that support ongoing education requirements for Yoga Alliance. We provide both in-studio and virtual options for teachers seeking Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Registered Yoga Teachers must complete 75 hours of CE within three years of their registration, including 45 hours of teaching and 30 hours of training related to our Educational Categories. All 30 training hours can be completed through distance learning.
